Springfield Manor Wedding – Meghan & Tanner
If there is one thing I’ve learned from shooting weddings, it’s that something unexpected is bound to happen. When storm clouds started rolling in thirty minutes before the ceremony was to start, Tanner and Meghan remained optimistic. It wasn’t supposed to rain, but that wasn’t stopping the sky from getting dark. Right before the bridal party was to walk down the aisle, the thunder and lightning started. We hurried inside and made it just before the skies let loose. Thankfully, Springfield Manor’s ballroom is beautiful and the talented staff quickly transformed the reception site into a majestic ceremony venue. In a situation that would make most brides panic, Meghan kept her cool and was able to enjoy her ceremony despite the change in location. As luck would have it, the rain stopped almost as soon as the ceremony ended and we were able to capture all of the remaining photographs outdoors on the gorgeous Springfield Manor grounds.

Meghan was such a beautiful bride!

While I was setting up my lighting I happened to glance up and notice that the groomsmen had perfectly posed themselves. These gentlemen have some serious skills.

WOW event lighting set the mood with an incredible array of uplighting and accents!

Congratulations Meghan and Tanner! I am so happy for you two and have loved getting to know you this past year!
